Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). Orders placed after noon PST on Friday’s and over the weekend will be processed within 1-3 days from the following Monday. We will always email you an order confirmation with tracking information. 

USA Shipping (outside promo periods)

Shipping within the USA takes 2-7 business days depending on location.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 to the contiguous U.S. We use USPS for most deliveries.

Shipping chocolate in the hot summer months requires additional insulation and 3-4 day shipping. The additional cost is reflected in the shipping price. During the summer months, we only ship chocolate Monday-Wednesday to ensure speedy delivery. If you place an order for chocolate on Wednesday-Sunday, your order will be processed within 1-3 days from the following Monday. We will always email you an order confirmation with tracking information

Fruiting Bodies is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not yet have a solution for international shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are out of the US and interested in purchasing our product, please contact hello@fruitingbodies.co.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received them in. This means that the plastic safety seal must still be intact and not tampered with. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

Our policy lasts 7 days from the arrival date of your package. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product and you didn't contact our customer service team (hello@fruitingbodies.co), you do not qualify for a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@fruitingbodies.co. 

Once we've connected over email, you can return the product to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges). Once we receive the item(s), we can provide a refund on the payment method used to purchase (we do not provide a return shipping label). Please remember that the return shipment has its own transit time, therefore refunds won't be issued immediately. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@fruitingbodies.co.Â
