Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received them in. This means that the plastic safety seal must still be in tact and not tampered with. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the arrival date of your package. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product and you didn't contact our customer service team (hello@fruitingbodies.co), you do not qualify for a return.

Once we've connected over email, you can return the product to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges). Once we receive the item(s), we can provide a refund on the payment method used to purchase (we do not provide a return shipping label). Please remember that the return shipment has its own transit time, therefore refunds won't be issued immediately. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@fruitingbodies.co.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*Please note that this only applies to purchases made on the fruitingbodies.co website. Therefore if you have purchased from another retailer, please go to their site and refer to their return policy.
