- 4 tbs of dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 tbs of dried peppermint
- 5ml of your Fruiting Bodies Reishi dual-extract tincture
Combine the dried hibiscus flowers with dried peppermint in a 32oz glass mason jar. Boil 4 cups of purified water until it reaches 212℉. Pour the water into the jar of herbs and cap quickly to retain their essential oils. Set aside for 4-8 hours for a full infusion. Next, pour the infusion into popsicle molds and top off each mold with 1ml (1 dropper full) of your Reishi tincture. Add a few hibiscus blossoms for added effect. Freeze for 2-3 hours and enjoy!
